So I went to my Biology test review today. And I reviewed stuff and blah blah blah.

And he then he was talking about Hadle Cells and the Coriolus Effect and thunderstorms here in New Mexico.

So. I just wanted to reminisce. I love New Mexican thunderstorms. I love the coolness in the heat of summer and the smell and look and the twilight effect of having those clouds blocking up the sun. And I could get a Hell of a lot more poetic about this...but I'm not going to. 'Cause it is months until the thunderstorms are here again. Damn it.

So I'm writing this 10-15 page paper and it cool because it is about fairy tales and they are really fun to read and write about and it sucks because its a 10-15 page paper!

On another note...I finally downloaded a client-thingy so I don't have to be on LJ to write something. We'll see if my updates increase any.

And I need to talk to the Qai-person...I'm going home for Easter. As in leaving on the 18th. Friday. But I think it's an evening flight...I'm really sorry I didn't remember this earlier.

OK. I have this book of fairy tales for class. Each of the representative fairy tales has a couple versions. The very first tale is Little Red Riding Hood. And there is a version called "The False Grandmother" which is rather different than the one we all know. For one, it is not a wolf but an ogress. And Little Red (who is not called that but is simply called "the little girl" all the way though) is sent to grandmother's for a sifter and things happen blah blah blah. And, now this is key here, she rescues herself. But that is not the point of this long and (actually it is rathar pointless but ANYWAYS) babbling rant. The ogress chases her and things happen and the ogress is swept away by the River Jordan. And from the bank the little girl made faces at her.

Tadaaa. A long and pointless rant just to tell you the version of Little Red Riding Hood where Ko-or-Eck is the main character.

And I loooooathe Perrault.

Qai-person, I need this book until Thursday or so to write this paper, but then you are free to read it.
